I've read the torque specs that came with my ARP Rocker arm studs and they say 55 with thread sealant (is that like thread locker?) or 70 with 30W but this does not say whether iron or aluminum heads. I really don't feel like stipping out my brand new heads with 70ft lbs of torque.
