As soon as I start the car, the Auto setting on the heater sends 100% flow to the defrosters at full blower setting. At 4 degrees the air is rather cold.

Looks like both driver and passenger "heater modules" are tied into that fuse. If you're passenger heated seat it working, then the fuse should be good and it's most likely the driver side heating module. Not sure what they mean by heater module. _____

All you have to do is unplug the wiring to it, use clamps on the hoses, take out the valve, put in the new and replace the hoses and wiring plug. WebThe heater control valve connector is only putting out 5.5v whether the temperature control knob is on or off and whether it is turned to hot or cold. The HCV requires 12v to operate as far as I understand. It seems that there is something that is causing the system to not deliver the required 12 volts to the HCV. What could be the problem?
